These general sale conditions apply to all sales made at www.maganawatches.com. Any order of a product appearing on the online store requires and implies prior acceptance of these
terms and conditions. This site is always normally accessible to users. Interruption due to technical maintenance can however be decided by www.maganawatches.com who then
attempt to communicate the date and time of the operation beforehand. www.maganawatches.com is owned by Anfa Time Trading FZE. Similarly, the legal notice may be modified at
any time: however, the user is encouraged to refer to it as often as possible in order to be informed.

PRODUCTS

Our products are guaranteed new. Product availability is indicated on the product page. However, you will be notified if products are temporarily or permanently unavailable. The pictures
seen on the website are as accurate as possible and remain protected by copyright.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND FREEDOMS

Magana does not sell or share the personal information about its’ customers to any third parties except for those that are absolutely necessary to conduct our business such as our
e-commerce platform, or the payment gateway provider. Magana watches treats all information provided with complete confidentiality and will do everything in its power to protect the
data captured. The information obtained is required for monitoring the quality of your order. At any time, in accordance with art.34 of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have

RESPONSIBILITY

In the case of non-performance of contract due to extraordinary circumstances (such as fire, floods, strikes, etc.) Magana disclaim all responsibility for sale interruption. Similarly, Magana
cannot be held responsible for liabilities arising from data loss, hacking, viruses, or other unforeseen problems.

trademarks with the relevant authorities in the countries we operate. Anfa Time Trading FZE owns the domain name <www. maganawatches.com>. The Website is a creation of the mind
protected by intellectual property laws. The Website as a whole and the products sold on it, as well as all the associated intellectual property (such as texts, site maps, programs,
databases, animations, photographs, illustrations, sounds, color codes, diagrams, logos, brands and designs) are the exclusive property of Anfa Time Trading FZE.

Anfa Time Trading FZE solely authorized to use the associated intellectual property rights.

The use of all or part of the Website, including by downloading, reproduction, transmission, presentation or distribution, for purposes other than for your personal and private use,
commercially or otherwise, is strictly prohibited. In the event of failure to comply with these provisions, the penalties provided by law will be applied.

When you use a “Share” function on the Website to share a MAGANA product, event or message, you acknowledge and accept that the content available for sharing must only be used

PRICES

Our base prices are expressed in AED, but an indication of the equivalent in Euros or US Dollars can be indicated for informational purposes only.. The price indicated in your shopping cart after your address has been validated, invoice, and customer space is the total price, excluding any applicable taxes. Any applicable tax and or duty will have to be paid by the customer directly to the relevant authorities whenever applicable upon reception of the shipment. The invoice includes the price of products, handling, packaging and shipping to you, wherever you are on this planet. Deliveries outside of planet earth however will have to be charged according to the destination. Magana reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. Please note that Magana won’t be responsible to pay duties and taxes at the moment of importing of the item(s) purchased.

CONTROL AND SECURE PAYMENT

In making a purchase the consumer accepts these terms of sale. Customers interested in any article on the site Magana must respect the following steps to place an order: after
checking the details of the order (e.g color, quantity, product, price, etc) clicking on the icon “confirm” the consumer makes the purchase. Any order confirmed by the consumer
constitutes an irrevocable acceptance by the customer to the merchant (Act of 13 March 2000 on the electronic signature) and cannot be challenged. The customer will pay by Payplug.
After confirming the payment, the client approves definitively and irrevocably his order. All sales are final.

DELIVERY

We expect delivery of our first drop to take place within approximately four months from the date of order. Our parcels will be shipped with FedEx, DHL, TNT or a similar reputable shipping operator (depending on the country of destination). Each customer will be informed by mail once the parcel is shipped and shall receive the required tracking information. Due to regulations and ongoing sanctions, we cannot sell, nor can we deliver, to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria and Ukraine.
