These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the MAGANA website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Who we are
www.maganawatches.com is operated by Anfa Time Trading FZE, 71.B Maktabi Offices, 18th Floor, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Center, Dubai, UAE ("MAGANA", "we"). These terms apply to every purchase of MAGANA products (watches, leather goods, eyewear and accessories) made on this website. By placing an order, you accept them.
2. Products
All MAGANA products are sold new. We describe and photograph them as accurately as possible, but colours, finishes and natural materials (stone dials, leather) may vary slightly from piece to piece and screen to screen. Availability is shown on each product page. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you to offer a later delivery or a full refund.
3. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment is received and we email you a confirmation. You can cancel an order for an in-stock product, with a full refund, within [24] hours of placing it. Online sales are for personal use only; we may refuse orders we believe are intended for resale.
4. Pre-orders
Some products are offered on pre-order before they are released, with an estimated delivery date shown on the product page. Pre-order prices are always lower than the retail price at which the product is later sold once readily available. It's our way of thanking those who believe in a piece before it exists. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time until [the end of the pre-order period / production starts]. Estimated delivery dates may change, and we'll keep you informed of any delay.
5. Prices, taxes and duties
Prices are set in AED. Amounts in other currencies are shown for information only. Prices include packaging, handling and insured shipping worldwide. Import duties and local taxes are not included and are payable by you on delivery. If you refuse to pay them, the product will be returned to us and we will refund you minus the shipping costs and any charges we incur.
Our retail prices are reviewed twice a year, around February–March and September–October. Exceptionally, we may adjust prices at other times, for example after a significant change in exchange rates or production costs. The price shown when you order is the price you pay.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full when you order, by [credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, …]. If payment is declined, the order is cancelled.
7. Delivery
In-stock products ship within [2–5] working days via FedEx, DHL or a similar carrier, insured and tracked. You'll receive tracking details by email. Delivery times are estimates. Products remain our property, and at our risk, until they are delivered to you. We cannot deliver to countries under international sanctions or where carriers do not operate, currently including [Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria and Ukraine].
8. Returns
You may return a product within 14 days of delivery, under the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
9. Warranty and after-care
Every MAGANA product is guaranteed for 2 years from delivery against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears, we will repair or replace the product, or refund it, at our discretion and at our cost; you cover shipping it to us. Proof of purchase from MAGANA or an authorised retailer is required.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidents, misuse, or repairs and alterations by anyone other than MAGANA or an authorised service centre, nor:
- Watches: scratches, strap wear, batteries, water damage beyond the stated water resistance.
- Leather goods: natural patina, scuffs, colour transfer, water or heat damage.
- Eyewear: lenses, pressure breaks, heat damage, frames fitted with non-MAGANA prescription lenses.
Beyond the warranty, our team is happy to assess repairs for any MAGANA piece, subject to the availability of parts and materials.
10. Liability and force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, carrier disruption or government restrictions. We are not liable for website interruptions, technical errors or third-party sites linked from ours.
11. Personal data
We use your personal data only to process your order and provide our services, and share it only with the partners needed to do so (e-commerce platform, payment provider, carriers). We never sell it. See our Privacy Policy. To access, correct or delete your data, email contact@maganawatches.com.
12. Intellectual property
The MAGANA name, logo, designs and all content on this website (text, photographs, videos, sound, graphics) belong to Anfa Time Trading FZE. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Sharing content for personal, non-commercial purposes is welcome.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Dubai. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
14. Final provisions
We may update these terms at any time; the version in force on the date of your order applies. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
