RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges
We will offer a full refund (deducting only the shipping fees) for all our watches, provided the watch is not a special order or an otherwise personalized model. Such watches, having been made especially on order cannot be returned against a refund as they will not be resalable.
For the refund policy to apply, the watch will need to be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in a resalable condition with all its accessories and protective packaging still intact. We unfortunately cannot accept a return if the watch has been worn and/or has any scratches, stains or traces on straps as well as any notable signs of wear.
Customers have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right to return products and ask for a refund or exchange. To obtain a specific step-by-step guideline on how to proceed, the customer must write to us and provide all required information relevant to the return. The item(s) must be returned no later than 7 days from the date of notifying Magana Watches about their decision to return the item(s).
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a physical review of the item’s condition will be made. Provided the item(s) are in their original packaging and in an unused condition, the original purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the customer’s credit card within 14 days of product inspection. The amount to be refunded will be reduced by the cost of shipping which will be communicated prior to reimbursement for the customer’s final review and approval.
In the event of an exchange, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received and examined by Magana Watches. Damaged, incomplete, or notably tampered items sent by the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange as they cannot be resold. Instead, these shall be returned to the customer in the state they have been received.
In order to avoid potential disputes, Magana Watches hereby strongly advises the customer to document the return with dated pictures and/or videos, so the customer is not liable for any potential damage that could ensue during insured shipping.
Any duties or taxes paid will not be reimbursed by Magana.
