14 days to change your mind
If your MAGANA watch isn't right for you, let us know within 14 days of delivery and return it within 14 days of telling us. Special orders and personalised watches are made for you alone and cannot be returned.
Condition
The watch must be unworn, with its protective film still on the crystal, and returned with all accessories, papers and its original packaging.
How to return
Write to us and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please ship the watch tracked and insured, at your cost. A return lost in transit without tracking and insurance cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the watch, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Duties and taxes are not refundable.
Exchanges
You cover shipping the watch back to us; we cover shipping your new one. It leaves as soon as your return has arrived and been inspected.
Returns we can't accept
Watches that are worn, damaged, incomplete or tampered with cannot be refunded or exchanged, and will be sent back to you at your cost.
