1. Who we are
This policy explains how Anfa Time Trading FZE ("MAGANA", "we"), 71.B Maktabi Offices, 18th Floor, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Center, Dubai, UAE, collects and uses your personal data when you visit www.maganawatches.com or buy from us. We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection and, for visitors in the European Union and UK, with the GDPR.
2. What we collect
- When you order: name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number and order details. Payment details are handled directly by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: device and browser information, IP address, and how you use the site, through cookies and similar technologies.
- When you contact us or sign up to our newsletter: your name, email and the content of your messages.
3. How we use it, and why
- To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and provide after-care, because we need it to fulfil our contract with you.
- To keep invoices and records, because the law requires it.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, with your consent where required.
- To send you the occasional newsletter and show you MAGANA advertising on other platforms, only with your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the partners who help us run MAGANA:
- Shopify (our e-commerce platform)
- Stripe (our payment processor)
- Our carriers (FedEx, DHL or similar)
- Google Analytics
- Meta and Google, for advertising, if you consent
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights. Some of these partners process data outside the UAE and the EU, notably in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work. We use analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings of your browser. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
6. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by law (currently [5] years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email contact@maganawatches.com; we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Minors
Our website is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
